My name's Matt Flynn, and I'm the owner of Endure Health & Performance. As a long-time trainer, there's nothing that frustrates me more than seeing other trainers putting their 50-year-old clients through the same workouts as their 30-year-old clients.


As the body ages, connective tissue strength and recovery capabilities decrease. As a result, exercise execution and selection become extremely important to ensure pain-free performance and continual progress in the gym.


When I create programs for clients, I consider age, injury history, stress levels, body type and other often ignored factors to maximize results where other less personalized programs fail.
