My name's Matt Flynn & I’m the owner of Endure Health & Performance.
As a long time trainer, there’s nothing that frustrates me more than seeing women not getting the results that they deserve. Women are some of the most dedicated and hard working individuals out there yet many struggle to get the tone and pleasing bodies that they want.
In my experience this is the result of societal engrained beliefs that women shouldn’t be lifting weights because it will make them “bulky”. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Following an intelligently designed, safe and progressive weight training will help to build muscle and drive fat loss better than ANY spin, yoga or bootcamp class out there, one hundred out of one hundred times. Not only will you look better, but your energy, mood, digestion and overall function will be the best it’s ever been.
